  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card provided, without prior notice

Terms and Conditions

Check-In Policy

  • Check-in starts at 3:00PM.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB and UnionPay. Kindly note that we are a cashless hotel.

  • Valid photo identification or passport is required at check-in.

    • Malaysia Residents: identification card or work permit

    • Non-residents of Malaysia: passport only

  • The hotel is only able to accept guests of ages 18 and above.

Check-Out Policy

  • Check-out time is by 11:00AM.

  • A full day charge applies to late check-out after 2:00PM and will be subject to any rate differences.

  • A replacement fee of MYR30.00 per lost towel or slippers applies.

During Your Stay

  • No eating and drinking in the rooms and capsules, with the exception of plain water.

  • No pets and durians within the hotel premises at all times.

  • Only one (1) guest per capsule is allowed.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the rooms.

  • Please keep your volume down after 10:00PM so as not to disturb other guests.

  • Non-registered hotel guests are not permitted on guest floors and in the rooms at all times.

  • By staying at the hotel, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner, and will not cause any disturbance or annoyance to other guests.

  • You shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by you, your companion(s), or your visitor(s) at the hotel.

‘No Smoking’ Policy

  • By law, smoking is NOT allowed within the hotel premises. Please ask our staff for the nearest smoking point.

  • Resthub reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of MYR250.00 to any guest caught smoking within the hotel premises.

  • Guests caught smoking within the hotel premises will be reported to the Authorities.

  • You shall be liable for any cost, loss or damage caused at the hotel that is due to your failure to comply with this policy.


Management Rights

  • Resthub reserves the right to remove guests who do not comply with our policies and/or are seen as a disruption or threat to other guests or our staff. Your reservation and stay at the hotel will be cancelled without compensation or reimbursement, and you must leave the hotel immediately.

  • In the case of a default in payment, Resthub has the right to remove your belongings from any area occupied by you.

  • Nothing mentioned shall be deemed to constitute or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy agreement. Resthub shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the entire hotel premises.
